About Lake Erie ScoutsWhy We Exist:

Our primary focus is not to create an elite youth baseball team, but to focus on developing our boys into mature, responsible young men.

As Coaches, we are teachers first and foremost.  We will demonstrate our core values in everything we do.

As Members of the LES Family, we will NOT compete against each other. We will compete together for our common goals and against anything that keeps us from growing as players, coaches and parents. 

Lake Erie Scouts Youth Baseball exists to foster the following qualities in your young players by:
